Jeff Higgins, Founder and CEO

Jeff is a global thought leader with 25 years combined workforce planning, analytics and finance experience supporting Fortune™ 500 companies. Jeff has helped organizations around the world quantify the ROI of workforce decisions and realize cost saving opportunities of up to $1.0 billion USD. Jeff is both a former senior HR executive and former CFO, and a regular speaker at HR events. Previously, Mr. Higgins worked in finance at Johnson & Johnson, Colgate Palmolive, Klune Industries and a senior HR leader at Countrywide Financial, IndyMac Bank, and Inform, a leading analytics software co. Jeff is on the SHRM Global Standards Committee on human capital, the Center for Talent Reporting board and founding member, PwC Saratoga Institute advisory council.

Nathan Tan, Principal & Consulting Director

Nathan is a former Bank of America SVP with over 16 years in HR talent management, workforce planning, technology, and project management. Nathan has over 15 years of expertise in the area of workforce planning, talent and performance management, talent acquisition, HR operations, workforce analytics, metrics and reporting strategies. Nathan leads numerous large scale projects including work with an Asian sovereign wealth fund. Nathan leads development of SOLVE workforce analytics & planning software.

Grant Cooperstein, Principal & VP, Analytics

Grant has over ten years of experience exclusively doing workforce analytics and planning as both a practitioner and consultant. Grant is an economist and developer of several HCMI analytics technology breakthroughs. He advises leading organizations across the globe to quantify value creation opportunities, increase productivity, build analytic roadmaps, advanced workforce analytics results.

Moun Peterson, PhD, Research Director

Moun has close to a decade of experience in the HR field.  Her expertise includes the areas of Workforce Analytics, Metrics, Benchmarking, Workforce Planning, Employee engagement and retention, and organizational development.  She has worked with clients to create workforce analytic programs from conception to implementation that enabled reporting capabilities, statistical analysis, and industry benchmarks.  Some of her key clients include Gap, Blue Shield of California, WellPoint, HealthNet, Zenith, SafeCo, and University of Southern California.  Moun earned her doctorate in Industrial Organizational Psychology while working in HR for Nokia and Pfizer in areas of Training and Employee Engagement.

Harish Reddy Sidda, Consultant

Harish Reddy provides analysis and data support on various projects at HCMI.  He works with large clients across a wide variety of industries, with a particular focus on statistical analysis and workforce data linkage to macroeconomic business variables.

Prior to HCMI, Harish Reddy worked as a software engineer at Infosys Technologies Limited, focused on the SAP Business Intelligence and Project Systems modules.  He also worked as a project coordinator at Swiss Tech India Private limited where he managed a project that dealt with data gathering and printing of voter ID cards for public elections in two constituencies of Hyderabad.  Harish Reddy is currently pursuing his Masters of Business Administration at Pepperdine University.

Maria Luisa Noguera, Associate Consultant

Maria Luisa heads the South America HCMI business as well as global training coordination.  She has experience in career path development, business project development, customer service, and product development.  Before HCMI, she was a member of the MICE (Meetings Incentives Congresses and Events) team, a branch of the Colombian Tourism Vice-presidency at Proexport, where she collaborated in the development of the “Golf” product. Prior to Proexport, she was an Executive Assistant at the Juan Felipe Gómez Foundation, a non-profit organization that works to decrease of the mortality rates in the less fortunate neighborhoods in Cartagena (Colombia).

Cheryl Farley, Project Director

Cheryl is a talent acquisition and management leader with over 18 years of experience helping organizations maximize human capital. Prior to joining HCMI, Cheryl consulted with clients and led business operations for Fortune™ 500 companies across numerous industries in recruiting and staffing operations, performance management, workforce planning, HR technology, HR compliance, and project management.
